IL Supervisor Pharmacy

Job Overview:

The Pharmacy Supervisor assists the Director of Pharmacy in overseeing all medication management processes at Crossroads Community Hospital.  The Pharmacy Supervisor assists the Director in ensuring the pharmacy provides optimal services; meets all legal, accreditation, and certification requirements; and complies with all applicable policies, procedures, codes, and standards of the organization.

Education:

Pharmacy degree (e.g., B.Sc, Pharm.D) from an accredited college of pharmacy.

Experience:

Three to five (3-5) years acute care pharmacy experience, minimum 1 year supervisor experience.

Licenses/Certificates:

Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Illinois.

Compensation:

Hourly Range $53.33 - $79.99

Bonus:

Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Details regarding bonus eligibility and performance goals will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.

Incentives:

Eligible for evening/night, weekend shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.
