Job Description

We strive for lean processes and best in class standards and are in the middle of the digital transformation for Bosch Mobility including the move to SAP S/4HANA.

We want to strengthen our organization with a new team member who will be responsible for: 

• Design/change/improvement of warehouse management processes on SAP and all other connected IT platforms,
• Standardization of IT based processes in coordination with other Bosch plants and central departments,
• Implementation of IT requirements based on internal customer needs,
• Checking process maturity and definition of improvement actions in case of deviations,
• Giving consultancy for managers and power users of the related user department,
• Giving 2nd level support for material flow and warehousing related SAP problems,
• Coordination of power users who give 1st level SAP support,
• Participation in international projects and leading local projects for process improvements and roll-outs,
• Working in central support groups as a member of the S/4 transformation program in the area of logistics execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree/Masters in Industrial / Computer Engineering,
• Business process know-how in the area of logistics and especially warehouse management,
• At least 3 years of functional experience with SAP WM and/or EWM and the interface processes to the connected process areas,
• Knowledge about digital warehouse management platforms/solutions and i4.0 applications in the automotive logistics operations,
• Familiar to business analytics solutions (PowerBI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud etc.),
• Project management experience,
• Ability to coordinate a larger number of requirements and project activities, considering  schedules and priorities​,
• Change management know-how is preferred (CIP, VSDiA),
• Good communication and presentation skills,
• Analytical thinking and the competence to design holistic, sustainable solutions​,
• Results-oriented, self-organized, structured, methodical and pro-active attitude,
• Problem-solving mindset,
• Excellent  command of English (German is asset)
• Willingness to travel
