Department: Gas Work Progression

Pay Rate: $ 20.81

Key Accountabilities

Willing to Cross Train in multiple processes within Work Support

• Copy, scan, fax and file various record types

• Create work orders in the work management system (WMS)

• Assist in the creation of the work order packages

• Casbuilt completed work orders in the Work Management system (Maximo, etc).

• Order office supplies! Ariba

• Process One - Call requests.

• Handle internal and external customer calls.

• Process check requests.

• Process various invoices.

• Perform other assigned duties in support of Operations.

• Create / Record incoming and completed work on Microsoft Word, and Excel spreadsheet.

• Time Entry- including proficient understanding of the various labor contracts and their application

• Enter payroll such as shift pay, Sunday premium., etc

• Correction of payroll errors.

• Data entry into various Data Bases ( Ex:CWQ…etc)

• Permit applications

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (ex: Pivot Tables)
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.
• Must have interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external customers as well as inbound telephone experience
• Must have excellent clerical and administrative skills 
• Must have ability to perform multiple tasks.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work early morning hours if required
• Pass Clerical Assessment
