Cavan Community Healthcare Network</p> <p>2. Monaghan Community Healthcare Network</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Louth Meath area consisting of the following Network areas:</strong></p> <ul> <li>North Louth Network area</li> <li>South Louth Network area</li> <li>North Meath and Ardee Network area</li> <li>East Meath Network area</li> <li>Central Meath Network area</li> <li>Southwest Meath Network area</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Both Community Healthcare Networks consist of Primary Care Teams and Network based staff which manage and deliver local community healthcare services to meet the needs of people in a defined catchment area. </p> <p>Within Cavan there are eight Primary Care teams and within Monaghan there are five Primary Care Teams and one Children’s Team within each Community Healthcare Network.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Community Healthcare Network Manager is responsible for service delivery within six disciplines within the Primary Care Teams, to include; Dieticians, Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers and Speech and Language Therapists, across the following grades; </p> <p> therapy assistant, staff grade, senior grade, and clinical specialist grade. </p> <p>The Therapy Manager is responsible for the Clinical Assurance of the staff clinical practice and clinical service provision, within their respective discipline clinical roles and grades.</p> <p> </p> <p>The roles will evolve as the structures within the Healthcare Area are further developed and established.</p> <p> </p> <h2>Essential Criteria</h2> <p><strong>Candidates must have at the latest date of application: - </strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>1. <u>Statutory Registration, Professional Qualifications, Experience, etc</u></strong></p> <p><strong>(i)</strong>    Be registered, or be eligible for registration, on the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU.<strong> Those qualified and awaiting CORU registration may apply.</strong> <strong>If you are a section 91 candidate, please see note*</strong></p> <p>                                                                                    <strong>AND</strong></p> <p><strong>(ii) </strong>  Have 3 years full time (or an aggregate of 3 years full time) post qualification Physiotherapy experience</p> <p>                                                                                    <strong>AND</strong></p> <p><strong>(iii)  </strong>Candidates must have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and professional ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.</p> <p>                                                                                    <strong>AND</strong></p> <p><strong> (iv) </strong>Provide proof of Statutory Registration on the Physiotherapist Register maintained by the Physiotherapist Registration Board at CORU <u>before a contract of employment can be issued</u><
