Bits of your job:

• Monitor and moderate comments on paid ads, organic posts, and private messages across official and unofficial company pages

• Learn and grow with the team’s guidance and support

• Collaborate with the team to improve user interactions, campaign performance, and content ideas.

• Provide feedback on audience sentiment and engagement trends

• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, moderation best practices, and community engagement trends

• Assist with tracking and reporting social media activity

• Enforce community guidelines, content policies, and advertising standards to maintain compliance and create a safe online environment

• Post and maintain organic content on secondary brand pages, ensuring they remain updated and relevant.

• Help create strategies and organic content plans for official brand pages, ensuring consistent growth and community connection.

• Take on other tasks as needed to support the team

Requirements

Key expectations:

• Higher education (third-year or last year students are welcome to apply)

• Interest in social media and community engagement

• Good written communication in English and Lithuanian

• Ability to stay organized and manage tasks

• Creative and flexible in solving problems

• Motivated to work both alone and with a team

Salary: 500 €/mon. net

We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities, with full-time defined as 8 hours daily.
