Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Procurement Agents to join our Functional Excellence Training & Talent Management (TMP) team in Everett, WA.

The TMP team works to empower BCA Global Supply Chain employees with the knowledge and skills to excel in their job roles through onboarding and training, support and development opportunities. We are looking for individuals that have a passion for Supply Chain and helping others, that thrive in collaboration and leading activities.

The individual hired will participate in various activities including the 8-week Jumpstart Onboarding Program, developing and implementing other trainings for Contracts, Operations and Supply Chain Management Analysts (SCMAs), providing mentorship and SME guidance and participating in employee retention and development programs. The individual needs to have strong partnerships within BCA Supply chain and its partners and experience within Contracts and/or Operations and/or SCMA. Some travel, domestic and/or international, will be required for this position. 

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Mid-Level and Senior Level Procurement Agents.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training for Contracts, Operations and Supply Chain Management Analysts (SCMAs) in line with business strategies, goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners across the entire Boeing enterprise.
• Proactively communicate with senior leadership, peers, suppliers, and customers, including communicating business vision and strategies, program or project status, conducting and participating in leadership meetings, and delivering presentations.
• Establish partnerships and relationships across various business units with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and peers.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

• 3+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts 
• 3+ years of experience developing proposals or contracts 
• 3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes 
• 3+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)
• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
• 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• 3+ years of experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry

Summary pay range (Level 3): $ 84,600 - $ 98.250   

Summary pay range (Level 4): $108,000 - $125,400
