Summary

In collaboration with and supporting the firm’s strategic initiatives, the Business Talent Recruiter will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to provide the needed support on recruitment activities for a wide range of Business professional roles that drive the firm's business forward. 

   

Location  

Candidates must be within a commutable distance to the Tampa or Reston office.

   

Responsibilities  

  • Assists and coordinates all activities related to the life cycle of a candidate, which includes maintaining candidate files in the applicant tracking system, coordinating interview schedules and preparing standard offer letters.     

  • Provides support with new hire/rehire screening, including administering background and/or reference checks. Communicates due diligence outcomes.

  • Provides support in creating job-specific requisitions based on recruitment needs. This process includes advertising the positions on internal and external portals and assisting with job requisitions, approvals, and the activities to initiate and close a requisition.

  • Coordinates with hiring manager and candidates to schedule interviews. Aims to deliver a seamless interview experience to foster brand value.

  • May assist with organizing and distributing materials for on-campus recruiting. Coordinates with interviewers and career services regarding registrations, required materials, and schedules. Assists with follow-up at the conclusion of the interview day, submitting recommendations to various offices, and coordinating responses to candidates.

  • Assists with creating and distributing offer letters to selected candidates. Uses the firm’s approved offer/contract templates. Communicate with HR regularly to coordinate arrivals. 

  • May assist with tracking recruitment expenses for budgeting purposes. May process invoices for payment.   

  • Helps coordinate firm and office-sponsored events.

  • Assists with creating short-term and long-term recruitment forecast plans in alignment with the strategic recruitment goals and business objectives.

  • Plays a role in developing and maintaining a recruiting brand by creating an exceptional candidate experience. Provides support in creating and maintaining a recruitment-related social media outreach.

  • Attends staff meetings.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills   

High-volume recruiting department in a multi-site professional services business. Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience with an ATS database such as Workday is preferred. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills required to interact with staff on a regular basis. Excellent written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills necessary to coordinate various programs and meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Meticulous attention to detail.

Minimum Education   

  • High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Education 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources.

Minimum Years of Experience  

  • 3 years of experience working in an administrative support role, supporting the full recruitment and selection cycle.
