SALARY: $125,000 – $141,300 bonus and long-term incentive eligible
LOCATION: CSO - New York NY
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, on-site
ROLE SUMMARY:
As the Specialist, Global Risk Management (GRM), you will have the opportunity to work with a Global team responsible for the NAZ enterprise risk management. The NAZ GRM team work to manage risks across organization, by performing reviews cross functionally in high priority areas, aligned with senior leadership. GRM works collaboratively with all functions to analyze problems, review processes and propose improvements in order to mitigate risk to the organization. You will further develop the following skillset:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with our global team to identify ABI’s top risks and develop a plan to mitigate them
- Develop innovative ways of solving complex business problems
- Leverage data and participate and/or lead agile project teams in reviews and internal audit projects across Zone North America and on a global level
- Review all areas of the organization to provide assurance and to solve real business problems and monitor risks in a continuous and sustainable way
- Collaborate with business teams cross functionally to assess complex business issues, map processes, and identify business risks and opportunities
- Understand underlying processes and make recommendations to add value to the business, and minimize enterprise risk
- Set up impactful action plans to mitigate unveiled risks and help the business team to follow up on action plan implementation
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required (emphasis in business/Accounting/ Finance/ Economics or related field)
- Good communicator, capable of clearly describing complex problems and recommend solutions to cross functional teams (both orally and in writing). Fluent in English
- Problem-solving mindset to help the team find the root cause of complex business problems in a sustainable way
- Analytical mindset and familiarity with data
- Agile Project Management Skills
- Understanding of basic accounting and finance principles
