What YOU will do: 

The HR Change Management & Project Analyst role will be a strong deliverer of organizational change work strategies in the full HR suite of Success Factors. You will be responsible for developing plans and performing detailed analyses of organizational processes with a focus on change impacts, stakeholder engagement, training needs, and people readiness. The position will help establish and monitor key performance indicators and completion metrics and assist the team with managing the project and product roadmaps as well as competing priorities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross functional teams in complex HR system implementation projects, to define project requirements, scope, and objectives and ensure successful and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including top-level management, to lead requirements gathering sessions and translation of business requirements into systems solutions.
  • Design, develop, and deliver learning materials and quick reference guides. Facilitate training sessions for end-users to ensure optimal system utilization.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition for stakeholders fostering a positive and adaptive culture by promoting the benefits and value of HR initiatives.
  • Support adoption efforts by Providing ongoing support to encourage continued engagement with HR tools and processes and addressing user concerns.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators and completion metrics for HRIS Project Management and Organizational Change activities,
  • Provide HR and HRIS subject matter expertise to drive the implementation of innovative HR solutions.
  • Budget tracking and management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational design, change management, communications, or related field required;
  • Must have 5+ years professional experience in project management, business analyst, and/or change management roles supporting global organizations.
  • Strong facilitation skills to lead requirements gathering sessions and translation of business requirements into systems solutions.
  • Previous experience leading and executing Change Management and Communications activities for enterprise wide HRIS implementation projects; SAP SuccessFactors experience is preferred.
  • Hands on experience of HR Processes including Performance Management, Recruiting, Learning, and Compensation and delivering HR learning content. 
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communications skills.
  • Knowledge of and experience using standard processes, frameworks, and tools/templates.
  • Ability to understand highly technical and specialized information and build into a compelling story.
