Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and develop annual compliance risk assessment; utilizing these results, create a compliance audit plan through partnership with stakeholders across the organization
• Create and implement compliance audits
• Coordinate responses to compliance issues as they arise, providing training to appropriate parties as needed
• Manage compliance hotline functionality

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $150,000 to $180,000 per year

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 3 years regulatory compliance experience with Medicare/Medicaid
• 3+ years experience as an attorney

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Law degree
