Main purpose of the Senior Business Operations Analyst role:

Further support OB analytics as we expand into taking on sales / merch / planning analytics.

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

• Independently analyze large sets of data and provide recommendations
• Build reporting and tracking dashboards in Tableau
• Take lead on recurring reports sent out to the teams
• Build reporting templates via self-servicing tools
• Perform ad-hoc analyses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reporting needs
• Attend weekly / monthly meetings with specific segments to review performance along with Merchandiser

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• High degree of analytical thinking – capacity to analyze, work with large data sets to draw actionable insights with attention to detail and accuracy
• Display a strong willingness to learn and to ask questions to learn deeply about the business to further analyses
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Flexible personality willing to take direction and changes as business needs change/grow

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics or related field
• Minimum of 2-3+ years of experience in an analytically driven field, such as Corporate Finance, Consulting, or other Analyst positions
• Excellent in Excel and SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in an analytically driven field, such as Corporate Finance, Consulting, or other Analyst positions
• 2+ years of experience in Consumer Goods, Apparel / Fashion
• Advanced SQL and Excel

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary rate is $90,000 to $100,000 per year.
