The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will leverage data to drive strategic business decisions and improve operational efficiency. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, expertise in BI tools, and a passion for transforming data into business value. This role will report into our Manager, Business Intelligence. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide real-time insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
• Conduct thorough data validation and ensure data integrity across various sources.
• Design and implement BI solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Support data migration, integration, and data warehousing initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with database management systems (SQL Server).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
