Requirements:- Sesame requires all providers listing on the Sesame platform to have a NPI number and at least one form of malpractice coverage which covers them for all visits conducted on the Sesame platform- Sesame requires all providers to be fully licensed to practice autonomously. Any providers with state-based licensure requiring oversight, supervision, or collaborating agreements are responsible for having these agreements in place prior to joining Sesame - Active license in California
