These are to <strong>be curious, have courage, and commit fully</strong>.</p> <p>Join us at Everway - together, we can unlock the full potential of every mind.</p></div><h5><strong>About the role</strong></h5> <p>As a Paralegal, you will support Everway's legal function by providing advice and assistance on commercial contracts, supplier agreements, data protection, governance, and corporate activities.&nbsp;</p> <p>You will work closely with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, Product, Info Security, AI, and other stakeholder teams to help manage legal risk while supporting business objectives.</p> <h5><strong>Main responsibilities</strong></h5> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Support the review, negotiation, and management of SaaS customer agreements and related contractual documentation.</li> <li>Review supplier contracts and provide guidance on legal risks and obligations.</li> <li>Support stakeholders in resolving contractual issues and negotiations.</li> <li>Support data protection activities including review and negotiation of DPAs.</li> <li>Assist with intellectual property management and related legal matters.</li> <li>Support legal activities associated with mergers, acquisitions, and entity rationalisation.</li> <li>Assist with vendor due diligence and legal questionnaires.</li> <li>Support risk-management, corporate governance activities, policies and internal controls.</li> </ul> <h5><strong>Essential criteria</strong></h5> <ul> <li>Legal qualification, paralegal qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.</li> <li>Familiarity with commercial contracts within a SaaS or technology environment.</li> <l
