Bachelor Internship, Food Sciences - Skejby

Would you like to contribute to generating scientific knowledge of dairy products? Can you see yourself doing a 5-month internship in the department of Food Sciences in our Innovation Centre where you will develop your analytical and technical skills in dairy science?

 

We are looking for a student intern to investigate the interplay between different enzymes in dairy products. The project will consist of a literature review, experiments in the laboratory and using different methods within analytical chemistry. This project will help our team to gain a better understanding of new enzymes to be used in future products. 

 

What will make you successful

We are looking for a colleague with an open mind who thinks critically and combines multiple angles of a problem into a solution. You are eager to work independently and not afraid to ask questions.

Furthermore we prefer that you are:

• You are an undergraduate (bachelor) student of programs such as Food Science and Technology, Dairy Science and Technology, Food Technology Engineering or similar.
• You have time availability for 30 ECTS
• You are independent
• You have laboratory experience
• You are proficient in communicating in English (written and spoken)
