Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for execution of patient services & Market Access data strategy for all therapeutic areas.
• Work in cross collaboration with Commercial Patient Services, Commercial Analytics, Commercial Finance, Trade & Distribution, Access & Reimbursement, & external partners.
• Lead a team to support strategic & tactical needs of Market Access organization.
• Accountable for resolving data issues or questions from business stakeholders in a timely manner by working with data analysts & operations team.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, & other highly related field, & 6 years’ of work experience.

Alternatively, would accept a Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, & other highly related field & 5 years’ of work experience.

With either combination, must also have 5 years of related work experience:

1. Designing technical solutions & leading project management using Agile methodology; 
2. Utilizing data management disciplines including Data Warehousing, Data Integration, Data Visualization, Advanced Analytics, Big Data Platforms & other data centric technologies;
3. Performing data analysis using tools including SQL scripting & Python on Big Data technologies (Snowflake);
4. Leading projects for more than 10 end users, spanning across more than 4 cross-functional teams as single point of contact for program management, risk mitigation & tracking milestones; &
5. Monitoring team performance, backlog tracking.
