Job Description:As a Sr. Product Manager, the ideal candidate would come with a cyber security background, experience in SaaS/Cloud products, sound business analysis skills and flair for designing intuitive user experience for our customers. This individual would be part of our enterprise product management team and would manage on premise and cloud based product offerings.o Define business and technical requirements for the product features managed by you across cloud and on premise platforms.o Manage the product for its entire lifecycle from concept, proposal, planning, development, launch, release and post sale engagement.o Sustained engagement with customers and markets, Learn about needs, educate about product, inform about strategy and listen to the feedback.o Be responsible for the success of your products, analyze business results, develop strategic options, get stakeholder agreement and execute the strategy.o Continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders, especially with executives and sales teams.o Provide thought leadership on innovation, customer experience, product strategy and future direction of the market.o Help drive a user experience centered product roadmap and requirements.
QualificationsRequired Skills/Experience:o 5+ years of experience in product managemento Strong knowledge of the threat intelligence domain, and enterprise security products, such as SIEMs, Proxies, Content-Aware Firewalls, IDS/IPS and host-monitoring systems preferred.o BS in computer science or EE; MBA is preferredo Prior work with products in cloud/SaaS platforms is preferredo Analytical thinkero Understanding of agile methodologies is strongly preferredo Must possess excellent communication & presentation skills and the ability to get your point across clearlyo Candidate must have a winning attitude and perseveranceo Some experience in UI/UX design in enterprise setting is strongly preferredEqual Opportunities MonitoringIt is our policy to ensure that all eligible persons have equal opportunity for employment and advancement on the basis of their ability, qualifications and aptitude.
