About the role
As a Regional Manager at Bridge, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the success of our properties. With guidance from the VP, you will oversee the efficient operation and profitability of our multi-family assets, bringing your passion for property management and leadership to the forefront. Essential Functions:
- Lead and Inspire: Foster a strong property management team through training and leadership, encouraging collaboration and a shared vision for success.
- Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate positive relationships with regulatory agencies, ensuring our company’s reputation shines brightly in the community.
- Maximize Potential: Strategically manage properties to achieve maximum occupancy, enhancing both revenue and the living experience for our residents.
- Ensure Compliance: Work closely with the controller to maintain effective contract and agency administration while upholding LIHTC and other regulatory compliance requirements.
- Drive Financial Success: Take charge of managing the long-term financial performance of properties in your region, using your acumen to ensure sustainable profitability.
- Champion Improvements: Collaborate with property managers to identify improvement areas, ensuring that we consistently enhance our offerings and operations.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Strive to elevate customer service through meaningful resident relationships and owner satisfaction, creating a welcoming environment for everyone.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Be proactive in spotting growth avenues and leading your department toward achieving broader company goals that reflect our ambitions.
- Safety First: Ensure safety practices comply with all company policies and local, state, and federal guidelines, always prioritizing the well-being of residents and staff.
- Uphold Standards: Follow Bridge’s policies and procedures, while adhering to Fair Housing, state, and federal laws, setting a standard for excellence in property management.
To Qualify, You Will Need:
- Experience: At least two years of regional management experience, showcasing your capability to lead effectively and a history of success and performance that highlights your ability to drive results.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrated budgeting skills, along with the ability to read and analyze profit and loss reports with confidence.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in motivating others, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Professional Representation: The ability to represent our company values and mission in a professional manner.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local housing industry laws and regulations is essential.
- Willingness to Travel: Comfort with frequent travel across multiple states in the U.S., expanding your reach and influence.
- Customer Service Excellence: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service, ensuring that every interaction resonates with care and respect

- Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
- 11 Paid Holidays per year.
- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or place
