Production Assistant

As a Production Assistant, you will be part of a collaborative team striving for excellence and continuous improvement in our high-quality heating cable production process.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Ensuring product quality via testing and visual inspection.
• Recording and maintaining test documentation with flawless accuracy.
• Performing rework operations to maintain exceptionally high standards.
• Filling in other areas as needed to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.

You are a self-starter who can prioritize your work and manage your time independently. You move from task to task seamlessly, growing in a fast-paced environment. You work well with a small team, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive culture. Your problem-solving skills and determination drive you to successfully implement solutions and achieve ambitious goals.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent experience is acceptable.
• Ability to work safely with potential electrical hazards.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings.
• A dedication to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future. 

Preferred Qualification That Set You Apart:

• Previous manufacturing/quality experience is preferred, showcasing your proven ability to compete and excel in a production setting.
