Job Description:
The Senior Manager of FP&A Data and Systems is responsible for helping the overall management and delivery of FP&A applications needed to drive financial planning and forecasting. This includes leading a team of specialized technologists and driving positive internal customer engagements. You will be a partner throughout the business specialized in Anaplan, coordinating with internal teams to ensure financial models are built to meet business needs.

What you’ll do:
Own the strategic usage of Anaplan and other FP&A tools for data and forecast modeling
Engage with business leaders across the organization to influence and create the right technical solutions to solve business problems and improve process
Manage projects, resources and vendors to ensure successful delivery, budget and timeline expectations
Evaluate vendor solutions, develop alternatives and recommend technical solutions in meeting the evolving needs of the business
Manage the snowball close process including a team member that performs the close, tool selection, and data accuracy
Experience you’ll bring:
Experience partnering with Marketing and GTM teams building out financial forecasts and models in Anaplan.
Experience owning financial models and being main point of contact for Anaplan.
Some people leader experience is preferred for this role.
Requirements:
Experience with direct ownership of Anaplan application
Hands-on administration experience with Anaplan
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work equally well in self-managed and team-based Agile/Scrum projects
Solid experience with integration between multiple, highly complex systems
ARR and Snowball creation and reporting
ARR and Revenue forecasting
Requires a minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degree
