Quality Assurance Administrator - Assumptions Team

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator on the Assumptions Support team in Home Lending Operations Department.

This role is responsible for evaluating, monitoring, assessing and/or reviewing programs, processes, claims, documentation and/or files to ensure compliance with internal company requirements and/or agency or government regulations.

In this role, you will:

• Document quality issues and performance measures

• Execute on quality control reviews to that support and mitigate risk for the Assumptions business line.

• Work closely with both internal and external customers to meet their service needs.

• Act as a subject matter expertise

• Provide information and assist in the feedback and education to staff.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Quality Control, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
