The company continuously develops its four sites in Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs and Szeged and is looking for skilled IT professionals to join its team.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>General tasks:</p><ul><li>Supervises contract fulfilment and ensures its optimization for both the client and the Company throughout the contract period.</li><li>Buys services for the client at optimum cost and quality. Manages tenders for selecting suppliers, and contracts with the selected ones. </li><li>Coordinates the service delivery activities between the organizational units and supervises their work either directly or through the Operation Managers.</li><li>Ensures compliance with deadlines and expected service levels.</li><li>Applies adequate project delivery methodologies, tools, techniques and processes.</li><li>Supports cost-effective implementation of the expansion of internal IT infrastructure.</li><li>Accountably and proactively manages delivery activities, aligns with SDMs in Customer Service Manager role </li><li>Develops and streamlines customer delivery processes and the  organization thereof</li><li>Is expected to make cost-saving proposals e.g. for modifications in the client contract.</li><li>Is responsible for observing the budgets and reducing costs</li><li>Is familiar with and consciously applies proven methodologies, techniques and processes of managing projects, customers and suppliers. </li></ul><p>Specific tasks:</p><ul><li>Administers customer distribution lists and  Sharepoint site</li><li>Maintains documentation, creates and delivers reports</li><li>Manages customer M365 external accounts</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Language Skills:</p><ul><li>Fluent in English (C1 proficiency)</li><li>Proficient in German (C1 proficiency)</li></ul><p>Over 5 Years of Strategic Development Management (SDM) Experience:</p><ul><li>Expert in responsible fiscal management.</li><li>Skillful in crafting contracts.</li><li>Familiarity with global IT landscapes.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>* Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.</p>
