Responsible for all aspects of administrative and philanthropy project support. Assists with a full range of donor stewardship services, including donor/prospect and physician scheduling. Interfaces with major and principal level donors, physicians, management, volunteers, and other staff members to facilitate requests and provide information.Job Description:
EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelor's: Business, Healthcare or related field
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
2 years recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of fundraising and non-profit organizations; understanding of major gift strategy development and the role of the Foundation in the sustainability of an organization.
- Understanding of healthcare systems and ability to navigate complex institutional environments. Familiarity with the inpatient and outpatient processes of large medical organizations.
- Customer service skills: respect, diplomacy, confidentiality, good judgment, self-confidence and assertiveness.
- Proficiency in administrative office procedures and protocol; meeting planning and preparation of minutes, scheduling, design and maintenance of filing and office systems.
- Working knowledge of Windows operating system or comparable system, experience with spreadsheets (Excel), MS Outlook, and a donor database (i.e., Salesforce, Advance, Banner, etc.).
- Must be able to organize gift planning and narrative spreadsheets and/or reports, while maintaining filing system associated with planned giving.
- Verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Range is $38.25 to $57.38 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
