We are looking for a full-time, permanent Graphic Designer in Turin, Italy to start as soon as possible. Your responsibilties
- Conceptualize and Design: Develop visually stunning and effective graphics for a diverse range of print and digital media, including web graphics, data sheets, brochures, animations, videos, packaging, product labels, signage, exhibit graphics, email blasts, Word templates, and slide presentations.
- File Management: Organize, synchronize, and archive electronic files on servers and mobile electronic devices, ensuring seamless accessibility for the creative team.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing operations and the creative team to guide documents through the ECO process, ensuring accurate and visually compelling creative input.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and track projects from concept to delivery and QA, working closely with vendors and internal staff to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Corporate Branding: Assist in maintaining the corporate style guide, templates, and other essential corporate documents to ensure brand consistency.
- Quality Assurance: Proofread and review materials to maintain the highest standard of quality, adhering to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Compliance and Security: Understand and adhere to relevant security, privacy, and compliance principles, ensuring alignment with applicable regulations, standards, and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative work environment by ensuring department members follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field with 2+ years of related work experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint
- Illustration, photography, and video editing (Final Cut Pro) skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading abilities.
- Strong communication skills, including fluent English grammar and spelling
