The Opportunity
The Sales Operations Analyst role supports and enables the business development and client engagement team (BDCE) to identify and cultivate prospects more efficiently and effectively by providing data and systems analysis to assist in the sales function. To do this, the Sales Operations Analyst fulfills both relationship building and tactical functions. This is a cross-functional role, having a high-level view of all current BDCE projects and the different parts required to meet the project deadlines. You will work closely with the senior members of the team to assist in meeting revenue targets and company-wide OKRs.

This role is a full time, remote, US-based position. As a remote, people-first culture, we care deeply about our team members’ connections to one another and as such, travel 2-3 times per year to company events will be required.
Key Responsibilities
We value diverse skill sets and recognize that candidates may specialize in certain areas while needing training in others; we encourage applications from individuals who possess experience in most of the areas of responsibility outlined below.· Conduct analysis and reporting on sales performance, pipeline, and lead generation to identify trends and opportunities for improvement using our CRM tool.· Provide insight and propose action through data analysis and trend forecasts· Manage the sales process, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and deal flow management.· Work with marketing to ensure that the BDCE team has the necessary collateral and tools to effectively communicate the firm's value proposition and offerings.· Develop and maintain sales forecasting models and tools to help the sales team anticipate and plan for future business.· Manage and maintain the firm's customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date data including data integrity and data hygiene.· Work with the operations team to streamline and automate the sales and onboarding process where possible, including identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency of workflows and processes.· Manage cross-department coordination of contracts, invoices and communication for complex accounts with an eye for improvement.

Qualifications
Education and Experience· 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related role, preferably within Wealth Management, Financial Services or Donor Advised Fund; coursework in business, data analytics, or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge and Skills
· Strong analytical skills and proven experience in sales data analysis and reporting required · Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales enablement tools, FreshWorks suite preferred · Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations· Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously· A client-centric approach to problem solving· Proficiency with Microso
