Collaborating closely with Assortment Activation and site merchandising teams, we optimize floor plans, category space, and adjacencies to enhance the in-store experience and accessibility. Focused on data-driven decision making and category strategy, the team leverages advanced analytics to optimize assortments and drive business results. We foster a collaborative environment that supports continuous improvement, innovation, and cross-functional partnership to ensure effective space planning and execution aligned with business objectives.
What you'll do:
- Oversee multiple floor plan and modular execution teams, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of issues.
- Analyze project data to identify improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated space planning and modular execution challenges.
- Direct modular check-in, error resolution, and finalization processes, maintaining system accuracy for store-specific plans.
- Develop and communicate business strategies aligned with operational goals and customer needs.
- Lead talent development initiatives, including recruiting, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Foster strong partnerships with business leaders to influence and implement impactful recommendations.
- Promote continuous learning and uphold company standards of integrity and ethics.
What you'll bring:
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams focused on modular and floor plan execution with strong process improvement skills.
