The Service Sales Manager, HVAC is a pivotal role in securing new service business untapped markets and strategically building customer relationships for GoodTower Services. The goal is to drive revenue growth in HVAC service business by proactively identifying high-potential customers, solving pain points, and executing a repeatable, measurable system for market penetration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop positive relationships with mechanical contractors / owner / property managers to leverage into more sales and better service relationships
- Identify, research, and target new commercial HVAC contractors, owners, property managers, and institutions in the greater Boston area and New England.
- Develop personalized outreach strategies using a mix of emails, phone calls, and in-person visits.
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings to understand potential customer needs, pain points, and fit.
- Present and educate customers and prospective customers on product line and service capabilities.
- Ensure timely and accurate service sales quoting, order entry to deliver a top notch experience for our customers; including all post-sales support and inquiries and resolving customer issues promptly.
- Responsible for maintenance of customers in the CRM system. Log all activity, notes and customer interactions / information in CRM.
- Track, review and update KPIs, CRM activity, and performance and communicate with partner regularly.
- Stay current on OEM brands, industry trends, and customer pain points.
- Coordinate and ensure associated parts supply and delivery is maintained for customers
- At least 5-7 years Prior knowledge and applicable experience in commercial HVAC with in-depth knowledge of a variety of commercial products (as a service technician or related)
- 1–3 years of sales experience (HVAC industry strongly preferred)
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills with a hunter mentality.
- Tech-savvy with CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales intelligence tools.
- A passion for learning and improving daily.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external customers.
