Core Responsibilities
As our new Integrated Facility Manager (specialist position), you will drive the facilities/operations of the outsourced hard services, and at the same time take the functional lead in creating a great sense of community that fosters the LEGO culture. The role will manage the facility hard services provided by our global external partner. Focusing on initial costs for facilities planning projects is an important role in auditing the service delivery in our Billund facilities. In addition, your key responsibilities are:
Contract and partner management
Securing workplace facilities and production facilities are always looking and operating in an impeccable and perfect condition
Vendor management and successful close collaboration with external partner
Collaborating closely with the internal facility community and external facility service partner to ensure high-standard processes

You will join the Facility Management Billund team consisting of 10 highly skilled and dedicated colleagues. Do you have what it takes?
You come with 5+ years of proven facility management experience in combination with a professional technical background. Besides your solid understanding of complex outsourced facility management processes, you also bring:
Experience in managing an external facility service partner – preferably an IFM provider
Proven understanding of hard services within facility management - maintenance, repair, and operational management - to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency of physical assets
Strong communication skills with the ability to work with and navigate a diverse group of stakeholders and external partners
A structured, proactive and service-minded approach to problem solving
A curious mindset with an approach to thinking outside-the-box
Proficiency in English and Danish – both verbal and written
