We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Key Responsibilities:

·Lead the development of PayPal’s strategy and long-term strategic priorities for our Small Business and Financial Services business unit

·Serving as advisor and partner to key leaders

·Support strategic projects core to the strategy of PayPal into the execution phase

·Lead and take ownership of financial and data analysis in support of strategic objectives

·Lead and influence cross-functional stakeholder set

·Play a leadership role within the overall Strategy organization

Qualifications:

• 12+ years’ experience in strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy
• Some operational experience preferred
• MBA or quantitative degree preferred
• Expertise in payments, financial services and/or retail and online commerce preferred
• Fast-track career development
• Experience in enabling and growing talent
• Experience in navigating complex organizations
• High energy, passionate, positive, flexible, and very outcomes focused
• Ability to be thought partner and advisor to senior business leaders and develop lasting relationships with these stakeholders
