Join Our Team  

You will be our P&C Operations Analyst and will report to the Director of P&C Operations within our North America P&C business. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Programs Compliance & Regulatory Operations:
  • Liaising between Regulatory Operations team and P&C Programs team to ensure timely and accurate state regulatory reporting.
  • Assisting with on-boarding/processing of agency & agent appointments & renewals.
  • Assisting legislative monitoring process.
  • Assisting compliance audit process.
  • Assisting with vendor management/implementation.
  • Managing P&C Operations payment processing.
  • Participate on special projects and other tasks as assigned by Management.

• IT and Program Managers:
  • Coordinating and analyzing premium, claims, and accounting data with third party administrators for the purpose of carrier business intelligence and statutory data reporting.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, finance, and IT teams to optimize data quality, accuracy, and reporting timeliness.

• Assisting New Programs Due Diligence Lead with:
  • Development of opportunity business cases.
  • Development of opportunity proformas.
  • Preparation for Extended Leadership Alignment and other key stakeholder meetings.
  • Assist function leads / SMEs in execution, organization, coordination of respective due diligence assessments of program opportunities.
  • Maintenance of, and iterative improvement of, team SharePoint and broader documentation processes and execution.
  • Program onboarding preparation and identified due diligence issue mitigation.

• Ad-Hoc Projects that may include:
  • Regular updates to Program Administration Playbook (and communication of improvements).
  • Regular updates and improvements to other key internal documents and processes.
