The Snr. Director, Corporate Strategy and Programs will help drive Knowbe4’s next phase of growth and scale. Reporting to the SVP of Corporate Development & Strategy, this role serves as a key partner to the executive team and entire organization - leading high-priority strategic initiatives and enabling expansion across markets, channels, and the operating model.

This leader will focus on growth initiatives and operational imperatives across Knowbe4, spanning topics like international expansion, channel and ecosystem development, workforce planning, business development (strategic product and/or GTM partnerships, alliance partnerships) and participating in select inorganic opportunities. This role requires a blend of strategic rigor and hands-on execution within a fast-paced cybersecurity SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to the business, translating top company priorities into clear initiatives, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic programs that operate across go-to-market, product, operations, and finance.
  • Develop executive and board-ready materials, including strategic updates, decision memos, and growth narratives.
  • Drive annual and multi-year growth strategy, including market expansion, segmentation, and competitive positioning.
  • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities across products, customer segments, geographies, and routes to market.
  • Partner with Finance and across corporate development functions to tune financial modeling and business cases
  • Support strategic planning for global expansion, including market entry analysis, sequencing, and operating model design.
  • Support regional scaling efforts in partnership with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance.
  • Evaluate regulatory, compliance, and geopolitical considerations relevant to international growth.
  • Create and execute an International Public Policy Program to support long-range growth plans.
  • Shape and evolve channel and ecosystem strategy across MSPs, VARs, distributors, cloud providers, and technology partners.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate growth through strategic alliances, OEM relationships, and co-selling partnerships.
  • Plan and build the Technology Alliance Program, in partnership with GTM, Product and Engineering leadership
  • Partner with GTM leadership to ensure channel strategy aligns with revenue growth and customer success objectives.
  • Evolve the Competitive Intelligence function through AI, modern processes and other applicable means.
  • Collaborate with People/HR, Finance, and functional leaders to align workforce planning with strategic growth priorities.
  • Support organizational design and capacity planning
  • Drive analytical rigor around productivity, headcount investment, and operating leverage.
  • Monitor and analyze trends in cybersecurity, specifically Human Risk Management, AI/ML and adjacent segments, in addition to emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and competitive moves.
  • Understand KnowBe4 product offering, company history, org chart, and strategic business objectives.
  • Evaluate the KnowBe4 product portfolio to identify gaps or overlaps
  • Support the Corporate Development function in targeted M&A, minority investments, or strategic tuck-ins aligned to long-term growth strategy and 
  • Support the mapping of the broader cybersecurity ecosystem (partners, vendors, competitors) to find leverage points for alliances, integrations, or joint ventures.
  • Contribute to opportunity assessment, diligence, and integration planning, as needed, to support the Corporate Development function
