Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree. 
2. A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a business or life sciences environment. 
3. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
4. Demonstrated experience working in a global environment. 
5. Deep knowledge of AI skills and how to apply insights into action. 
6. Exceptionally strong analytical skills. 
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including outstanding interpersonal and collaborative skills. 
8. Ability to transfer knowledge and learning to increase the skill set of others. 
9. Autonomous (works well without close supervision), proactive, can solve problems independently using available tools or information, driven, takes ownership of tasks and outcomes, adaptable, and continuous learner.
10. Strong business and global acumen coupled with a growth mindset. 
11. Ability to adhere to the utmost confidentiality requirements. 
12. Flexible and adaptable to a fast paced, ever-changing environment. 
13. Highly organized and methodical.
