Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervising a group of field service engineers and representatives on an activity and completion of activity on time and budget
• Manage budget, cost and schedule input for field service activities
• Ensure the support provided focuses on achieving high customer satisfaction results
• Communicate clearly (written and oral) with other company personnel and the customer as required
• Participate in preparation of proposals
• Supervise and direct the work of others as assigned
• Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
• Attend appropriate engineering, customer or business meetings
• Learn and enforce the company travel policies

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in engineering or related technical field with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
   

 U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
