Position Overview:
Join us as the Cyber Security Data Mesh Product Owner and lead our efforts in shaping the future of our product offerings focusing on security logging and monitoring capabilities. In this pivotal role, you will drive product development and success by working closely with cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders. Your exceptional ability to translate business needs and user insights into actionable features and strategies will be vital to accelerating our product’s growth and fulfilling stakeholder demands.

As a key player, you will ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of our increasingly complex data challenges. With a focus on observability, you will provide expert guidance and craft innovative solutions to maximize the value of our security data mesh, enhancing our capabilities and reinforcing our market position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Gather requirements, define features, and prioritize backlog through collaboration with stakeholders.
• Communicate product requirements effectively and facilitate agile processes with development teams to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality features.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify innovative opportunities and drive product improvements.
• Serve as the primary contact for product-related inquiries, offering guidance and updates to internal teams and external partners.
• Analyze user data and feedback to continuously enhance product experience and boost customer satisfaction.
• Oversee product testing and validation to ensure features meet quality standards before release.
• Monitor product performance post-launch, using data-driven insights for future enhancements.
• Develop and execute communication strategies, including newsletters, to transparently report performance and metrics to stakeholders.
• Implement comprehensive cost tracking and reporting systems to ensure transparency, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience and strong proficiency in hyperscaler cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure) and their security services.
• Expertise in data analytics tools, including Splunk, Google SecOps, Google Chronicle, Datadog, Sumologic, Databricks, New Relic, AppDynamics, AWS CloudWatch, and Azure Sentinel.
• Preferred certifications such as Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect, AWS Certified Security - Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, or Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
• Proven track record with over 3 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar customer facing roles within a software development environment.
• Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies, familiar with tools like Jira and other PMO tools.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships efficiently.
• Knowledgeable of relevant industry trends and technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
