Defining the solution architecture of the potential customer to provide a process and value-led product demonstration.</p><p>Location: Europe, close to an Infor office or working remotely  (France, Spain, Italy, Germany, e.g.).</p><p>Customer-facing Infor Solution Consultants must ensure the understanding and delivery of business-specific benefits to fulfil the requirements of their audience.</p><br/><p>A Day in The Life Typically Includes:</p><ul> <li>Primary responsibility for supporting the sales process and interacting with prospective customers through a variety of sales cycle activities, including Request for Proposal processes, discovery sessions, executive overviews, scripted and non-scripted solution demonstrations, software labs, follow-up discussions and post-demonstration surveys</li> <li>Work with account executives on sales opportunities, including Defining the solution scope, Designing the account strategy, jointly preparing for prospect interactions.</li> <li>Prepare and demonstrate internal and customer-facing product-based presentations within the Infor CloudSuite solution with a focus on ERP.</li> <li>Lead solution demonstrations to prospects and customers that reinforce solution value at various audience levels, including executives, business users, and stakeholders, and positively influencimg license deal pursuits and customer success</li> <li>Provide answers to product-related questions in a Request for Information (RfI) or a Request for Quotation (RfQ)</li> <li>Transform the Solution Consulting community within Infor. Teamwork and continuous improvement are critical to the success of Solution Consulting.
