<strong>About the Role</strong><br> We’re seeking a highly skilled <strong>Senior Designer</strong> with proven expertise in <strong>print, website design, and digital advertising</strong> to join our creative team on a full-time contract basis. This role will play a critical part in producing visually compelling, brand-consistent creative assets for healthcare clients. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, content, and strategy teams to translate complex healthcare messaging into engaging designs that drive awareness, trust, and action.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Lead design execution across a range of formats, including <strong>print collateral, websites, landing pages, digital display ads, social media ads, and email campaigns</strong>.</li>
<li>Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.</li>
<li>Ensure design accuracy and consistency across all touchpoints, with a strong attention to detail.</li>
<li>Work closely with copywriters, developers, and marketing managers to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative assets.</li>
<li>Adapt complex healthcare concepts into clear, engaging, and patient-friendly visual communications.</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li>
<li>Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors when needed.</li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>5+ years of professional design experience</strong>, preferably in an agency or in-house creative environment.</li>
<li>
<strong>Proven healthcare marketing experience</strong>—familiarity with regulatory considerations, patient-centric communication, and healthcare industry standards.</li>
<li>Strong portfolio showcasing a range of print, web, and digital ad work.</li>
<li>Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma or similar web design tools.</li>
<li>Experience with responsive website design and an understanding of UX/UI principles.</li>
<li>Knowledge of preparing digital assets for various ad platforms and social channels.</li>
<li>Exceptional typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.</li>
