Executive Business Operations Manager, Infra Foundation

Our infrastructure handles massive amounts of data, optimizes engineering productivity, and enables cutting-edge AI innovation.<br/><br/>The Business Operations Manager will be the connective tissue that amplifies the voices of our leadership team and helps us operate efficiently, strategically and as a lean horizontal, highly cross-functional organization. A successful candidate will be highly organized, experienced in project management, and able to shift seamlessly between strategic counsel and smaller daily tasks. The ideal candidate will be a team-player with experience communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization who is comfortable prioritizing competing demands and adapting to shifting business needs. They will be a detail-oriented, operationally-minded professional who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and build trusted relationships and interact effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.<br/><br/><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br/>Build and execute upon a review structure of high priority workstreams, ensuring a sensible cadence, coaching on pre-reads, tracking of action items, and dissemination of outcomes<br/>* Build and execute upon a rhythm of the business that forecasts org-wide events and community plans to org leaders<br/>* Operate as the subject matter expert of headcount and operational expenses for the organization. Lead its annual budget planning process<br/>* Drive the closing of open headcount through partnership with the recruiting team and regular communication with hiring managers<br/>* Drive strategic internal initiatives and ensure progress on priority work-streams, help build decision-making frameworks and deliverables<br/>* In partnership with the admin team, lead the planning and execution of All-Hands and offsite events<br/>* In partnership with HR, build and execute upon an onboarding structure that enables new hires to ramp efficiently and effectively<br/>* In partnership with HR, build and execute upon a manager engagement strategy, ensuring it weaves together with the centrally managed programming<br/>* Travel up to 10-20% of the time to support offsite events, team meetings, and cross-site collaboration<br/><br/><strong>Qualifications</strong><br/>10+ years of experience with program management, project management, strategy, management consulting, or operations<br/>* Experience applying quantitative and analytical methods to solve business problems (e.g., financial modeling, data analysis, scenario planning)<br/>* 7+ years of experience driving HC, hiring and resource allocation processes<br/>* Experience problem-solving individually and in a group setting<br/>* Proven track-record of organizing, developing, and executing strategy projects that deliver results<br/>* Experience operating autonomously and in a highly organized fashion to track top organization priorities, identify efficiencies and drive alignment across teams<br/>* Experience partnering with cross-functional leadership to turn insights into actions<br/>* Experience with Microsoft and Google Suites, advanced skills in Excel<br/>* Experience navigating business structures while maintaining confidentiality and discretion Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)<br/>* Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)<br/>* BA/BS degree in business, finance, or engineering or a MBA<br/>* Infrastructure experience in an engineering, financial, project management, or operational capacity<br/>* Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
