Position Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Nutritional Services Department to ensure that quality services are provided on a daily basis and that the department is maintained in a safe, clean, and sanitary manner.

Primary Responsibilities
This Director of Food Services is responsible for but not limited to:
- Oversee menu planning, food preparation & sanitation
- Lead, train, and inspire dietary staff
- Ensure compliance with safety & health standards
- Manage budgets, inventory & vendor relationships
Qualifications
Qualifications
- ServSafe Certified
- 3+ years supervisory experience in healthcare food service (nursing facility, hospital, or similar)
- Strong leadership, communication & organizational skills
