Additionally, Venue Technology leads the Technology Equipment Allocation Process (TEAP), which ensures demand from other Functional Areas (FA) across the Organizing Committee (OC) is planned and managed to align with needs and budget.</p> <p>Venue Technology comprises of a central team, Cluster Venue Technology Managers (CVTMs) assigned to a group of Games venues, and Venue Technology Managers (VTMs) who are then, in turn, assi
