As a Business Experience Plan & Admin Manager within PNC's Capital Markets organization, you can be based in Strongsville, OH. Pittsburgh, PA may be considered but Strongsville, OH is preferred.We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to manage two crucial groups within the CAST team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about leadership and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The first team you will be managing supports our sales and trading activities. This involves handling tasks such as order entry, order corrections, allocations, and settlement issues. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring these processes run smoothly and efficiently. The second team focuses on new account setup and account maintenance. Your goal will be to ensure that our clients have a seamless experience from the moment they start working with us. This involves overseeing all aspects of account management and ensuring that client needs are met promptly and effectively. The ability to solve problems efficiently and communicate effectively is also essential for this role.
Required Licensing
Finra SIE and 99 required
Finra 7 & 63 within a year
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of management experience
Knowledge of brokerage operations
Knowledge of securities settlement
Knowledge of DTC ITP systems
Experience with external communication with customers
Knowledge of trade reporting

Job Description
- Coordinates and supervises cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods. Executes key business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and/or internal partners.
- Responsible for executing and implementing business planning processes. Designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.
- Understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts. Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals.
- Consults with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
- Leads a team that develops and implements best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.
