Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor

SUMMARY

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the 10,000 square foot ADCS warehouse, managing dermatology skin products, medical equipment, and online order fulfillment. This role ensures efficient shipping and receiving, inventory accuracy, facility security, and coordination across Purchasing, Facilities, Marketing, and Aesthetics teams. The supervisor will leverage Envi Inventory System and Shopify to maintain seamless product flow and ensure timely distribution to support practice operations across multiple sites and states.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems, including Envi.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures, safety, and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education

High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred

Minimum 5 years of warehouse supervision or related logistics/operations experience required.
