Primary Responsibilities:

As a Senior Accountant, your primary responsibilities include:

Monitor cash balances and prepare wire transfers
Prepare monthly operating financials for Residential properties (Operating Statements, Balance 
Sheets, Statements of Cash Flows)
Calculate monthly or quarterly distributions 
Balance Sheet/ Trial Balance reconciliations with month end close
Bank Reconciliations
Security Deposit Refund tracking
Edit and approve AP for each entity weekly
Record monthly depreciation and amortization schedules
Prepare monthly reporting packages for 3rd party owners
Prepare development draws
Prepare and enter journal entries
Prepare development month end packages
Calculate sales & use tax 
OPS AP invoice audit daily as needed

What you bring to the role: 

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
3 to 5 years of accounting experience, real estate accounting preferred.
Strong attention to detail and observational skills
Ability to work independently 
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
