About the role
We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Retail Operations team within Reality Labs Global Sales Planning and Operations. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction and operational best practices of our retail operations, program management, and financial analysis functions. You will have demonstrated experience in retail operations, data analysis, and program management, with a proven track implementing advanced systems and tooling to drive scale and achieve business objectives.Retail Programs And Operations Manager Responsibilities
$152,000/year to $214,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

- Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans for retail operations ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Lead and mentor a team of analysts and program managers to drive efficiency, productivity, and partner satisfaction
- Program Management: Manage the development and execution of retail operations programs, including budgeting, timeline development, and resource allocation. Ensure seamless execution through effective change management and risk mitigation strategies
- Data Analysis and Visualization: Guide the team in managing and visualizing large volumes of data using tools like Tableau and Unidash. Leverage data insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize retail operations
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster mutual beneficial relationships with internal stakeholders, including channel marketing, sales, logistics, and external partners. Act as a liaison to ensure cohesive and efficient operations across all teams
- Financial Oversight: Manage financial planning and analysis activities, including budget forecasting, KPI management, and financial modeling. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all financial reports and dashboards
- Process & Solution Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- 10+ years of retail operations, program management & data analyst experience
- 2+ years of experience in direct management
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBi, SQL)
- Demonstrated effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, external partners and complex projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience in the consumer electronics industry
- Certification in program management (for example, Project Management Professional, Agile)
- Familiarity with retail partner guidelines and processes
- Tableau Certified Data Analyst preferred
