Software Client Engagement Specialist II

Job Description

Responsible for building and managing relationships with new and existing clients to find and close new MiTek Homebuilder software sales. Learning and understanding customers' needs, and overseeing project execution from start through finish, with the support of our professional services and sales teams. Provides software demonstrations to prospective customers.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• Communicate with customers via telephone, web meetings, video conferencing, trade shows, industry events and MiTek company sponsored events, with the purpose of gathering notes, details, contacts and the overall status of the relationship between the builder and MiTek

• Routinely schedule and conduct meetings with both employees and builder clients to find solutions to conflicts and strengthen partnerships

• Take a consultative approach to inquire as to the relationship health, discover issues and plan courses of action

• Take leadership on projects assigned to you to uncover, and then overcome, challenges to finding solutions for builder clients

• Act as customer advocate, ombudsman, resource and liaison between builder clients and fellow team members in the Home Builder Solutions division of MiTek USA

• Oversee cross functional work areas targeted to resolve issues raised by customers

• Develop and implement process and procedures to improve operational efficiency

• Develop, track and report on key performance measurements for the department, team or division

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred

• 3+ Years Related experience in the Homebuilding Industry required

• 3+ Years Software sales experience preferred

• Experience in public speaking at events and trade shows preferred

• Software Troubleshooting experience preferred

• Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis

• Able to use Microsoft Office Applications

Additional Requirements

• 30% Travel, both domestic an internationally, as required to meet the goals and objectives of the position

• This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role.
