Assemble, test, and troubleshoot detectors for use in SPECT imaging systems.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, test, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical machines and/or computer systems.
• Use written procedures and technical drawings as needed.
• Gather information and record it into internal computer systems.
• Use tools and test equipment provided (e.g., cordless screwdrivers, torque wrenches, DVMs.)
• Position will handle low levels of radioactivity.

Required skills or experience:

• Ability to learn and apply new technical skills.
• Ability to read and follow procedures.
• Ability to accurately log data into computer systems or paper.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Ability to lift 50lbs occasionally.

Preferred skills or work experience:

• Working knowledge of hand tools (e.g., mechanical or electric torque wrenches.)
• Working knowledge of electrical test equipment (e.g., DVM, ground bond testers.)
• Ability to read technical drawings (e.g., mechanical, wiring diagrams.)
• Ability to load software on to different types of computer systems.
• Ability to work 1st shift.
• Ability to work overtime occasionally (e.g., weekdays or Saturdays)
• Some post high school education (e.g., mechatronics certification, AS or BS in a technical field.)
• Work experience in a technical field.

The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $44,300 - Max $66,500

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
