Perficient has a career opportunity for a Senior Product Owner with Customer Service and Acqueon-dialer campaign management experience to join our Commerce Consulting Business Unit located in the United States. This role is primarily office-based at a local Perficient location, with travel and on-site client engagements expected as needed.

Job Overview:

The Senior Product Owner will lead initiatives independently, collaborate effectively within an Agile Scrum team, and drive cross-functional alignment to ensure the seamless execution of dialer campaigns with focus on leading client interactions with Product Managers and business stakeholders, understanding both client business requirements as well as end-user functional requirements, and may manage multiple product owners that have delivery targeted towards a single product or solution. In situations where a Product Owner is supporting multiple delivery streams, that person has sole responsibility and ownership of the product in its entirety.

• Lead product ownership for the Acqueon Dialer platform, ensuring optimal campaign performance and compliance.

• Partner with business stakeholders across Marketing, Call Center Operations, Sales, Compliance, and IT to define and deliver campaign strategies and enhancements.

• Gather and document business requirements, translate them into actionable user stories, and manage a well-prioritized product backlog.

• Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams to ensure features are developed, tested, and deployed according to specifications and sprint goals.

• Conduct and oversee UAT sessions with business partners to validate new functionality.

• Provide production support for incident resolution and defect management.

• Create and deliver professional presentation decks to communicate new or enhanced capabilities to business stakeholders.

• Leverage data to tell a clear, compelling story and support informed decision-making.

• 10+ years of working experience as a Product Owner who is used to working in a high performing Scrum environment. 

• 2+ years of consulting industry experience, with strong relationship management, and account management experience.

• Extensive experience in Customer Service environments, with hands-on experience in dialer operations.
