Selected candidates for hire must be willing to work onsite in Norfolk, Virginia. This is not a remote position. Must be able to obtain Secret-level clearance from the DoD.
What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI is seeking a talented and knowledgeable Fire Controlman Aegis (FCA) Subject Matter Expert to share in our passion for creating innovative learning solutions for our Navy clients. You'll provide subject matter expertise for the modernization of the Radar System SPY-1D (V) course under the Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) program. You’ll join a talented team of Instructional Designers, Interactive Multimedia Developers, Unity Developers, 3D Animators, Graphic Specialists, Training Editors, and military veterans. You should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to think creatively and solve problems, as well as collaborate effectively with government and military staff with little supervision.

Review Government Furnished Information.
Review all training content and provide input.
Support design meetings.
Review drawings and 3D images to validate accuracy.
Test all training content, to include complex simulations.
Maintain a fresh, broad, and imaginative view of the learning content.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
(BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years of related work.
Expertise with SPY-1D (V) signal processing, transmitter, and TAC-3 and TAC-4 Operational Readiness Test System (ORTS).
Prior experience working with a training team.
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Active Secret security clearance.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Aegis Weapons Supervisor (AWS).
Combat System Officer of the Watch (CSOOW).
Navy Instructor (NEC 9502).
