10The Team: The Enterprise Solutions division at S&P Global empowers a diverse spectrum of private equity and venture capital firms to effectively control their data and drive internal analytics and insights. Whether it is for portfolio analytics, valuations, investor reporting, or on-demand insight into operating metrics of a specific asset, this team is at the forefront of the FinTech space.
Responsibilities and Impact: The Client Engagement Team is responsible for proactively fostering meaningful relationships with clients to identify opportunities for leveraging the company's products, ensuring they achieve their objectives and derive maximum value from the services provided. This team acts as the primary point of contact for non-commercial relationship management with clients.
Responsibilities include:
Partnering with clients to understand their needs, objectives, product usage, and overall internal workflows.
Provide constructive and actionable client feedback to Product Management or other departments regarding product requirements, enhancement requests, and ideas.
Providing transparency to internal stakeholders regarding issues, risks, and opportunities.
Increasing product adoption and usage among clients.
Collaborating with sales to schedule client meetings and demos.
Checking in with clients regularly and offering support.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,817 to $97,874. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus plan.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
5+ years experience in account management, client success, or other client-facing roles.
Private markets/fintech industry and valuations knowledge and interest.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and the motivation to learn new applications (experience with Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Pendo is a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an outstanding customer service orientation.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
The ability to work well both independently and within a team.
The ability to work well within a fast-paced environment, handle high-pressure situations, and manage deadlines appropriately.
