You are a detail-oriented project manager who thrives on bringing ideas to life.  You enjoy working across design, construction, and operations to create safe, exciting, and innovative attractions.  With a strong technical background and a knack for organization, you keep projects on track from start to finish while building strong relationships with vendors, partners, and teammates.  You adapt easily in fast-paced environments, balance creativity with execution, and take pride in shaping experiences that fuel joy for our guests.

HOW YOU BRING OUR MISSION TO LIFE:

From sketches on a screen to the cheers of our guests, here’s how you support the transformation of bold ideas into real experiences:

Project Leadership & Coordination

  • Manage attraction and innovation projects from concept through execution, including pilots, retrofits, and new builds.
  • Develop detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk management strategies.
  • Track and report on project status, costs, and deliverables, ensuring leadership visibility and accountability.

Design & Technical Oversight

  • Review and coordinate AutoCAD drawings for material take-offs, installation details, and design specifications.
  • Create detail drawings for custom padding, steel, nets, and other attraction elements as needed.
  • Ensure attraction designs comply with ASTM, building codes, and safety standards.

Procurement & Logistics

  • Manage procurement of equipment and materials using Excel, Procore, and other project management tools.
  • Oversee shipping and logistics to ensure on-time delivery to project sites.
  • Vet vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.

Installation & Quality Control

  • Supervise onsite installation of attraction equipment, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality expectations.
  • Conduct site assessments of existing attractions to identify opportunities for improvement or upgrades.
  • Partner with park operations to capture guest feedback and operational insights to guide future innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal departments (Operations, Facilities, Safety, Finance) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Support broader network initiatives, tracking actions, costs, and outcomes for monthly reporting.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field, you bring the educational foundation to navigate design and build processes with confidence.
  • 3+ years of project management experience ideally in a related multi-unit industry, such as restaurants, fitness, entertainment, or retail, you manage projects from design review through procurement, logistics, installation, and close-out.
  • AutoCAD expertise, you review, coordinate, and draft detailed drawings for custom attraction elements, ensuring accuracy from design through installation.
  • Construction knowledge, you apply a strong understanding of documentation, codes, and standards (ASTM, ADA, building codes) to every project.
