Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Position requires rotational OCONUS deployments.
- The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated facility.
- Inspects, troubleshoots, and performs scheduled and unscheduled organizational level maintenance utilizing applicable Air Force directives/instructions on MQ-9 Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA).
- Perform acceptance and transfer inspections, towing, servicing, and ground handling actions.
- Remove and replace line replaceable units and flight control components.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation of AFTO 781 series forms and Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) in accordance with Air Force directives.
- Identify and communicate maintenance support requirements to the flight line expediter or production supervisor.
- Perform RPA and equipment packing/shipping to fulfill worldwide mobility tasking.
- Monitor and manage technical training.
- Conduct task evaluations to assigned personnel.
- Ensure compliance with applicable government safety directives, standards, and industrial safety publications.
- Encourage a work environment of zero accident and injuries including no lost time accidents.
- Other duties and requirements as identified and/or prescribed to meet program requirements.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- At least four (4) years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience.
- At least one (1) year of MQ-1 and/or MQ-9 aircraft maintenance experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of applicable maintenance directives listed in Air Force Instruction 21-101.
- Possess the ability to cultivate relations and building partnerships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability for problem solving and prioritizing multiple projects.
- Understanding of ISO 9001:2018/AS9100 quality standards and related federal/state/local laws and regulations.

Security Responsibilities
- Eligible and obtain (if required) a DoD Personnel Security Clearance.
- Must comply with all company Information Systems security policies and procedures.
Language Skills
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret the complex word and technical documents/diagrams.
- Must be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing and work effectively as part of a team.
